entry qualifications

Products sold as antiques are limited to those with an antique dealer’s permit.
Please present your “Secondhand Articles Dealer Permit” at the venue reception desk.

The antique dealer’s license is required if the items being purchased fall under the category of “secondhand articles” under the Secondhand Articles Dealer Law.
Food vendors will be asked to present their “Business Permit” at the reception desk.

Application Guidelines

Application guidelines are set for each venue and each date. Please be sure to check the application guidelines before making a reservation.

Flow of opening a store

  • Reservations are required to open a stall. Reservations can only be made through our website.
  • Reservations are limited to one booth per person.
  • Reservations are by selection only*. We may close applications early if there are too many applications. *We will accept reservations from many applicants and make a selection from among them.
  • Please refer to the booth announcement for booth location and layout.
    Booth locations are subject to change depending on conditions on the day of the event.
  • A limited number of fixtures (tents, parasols, tables, chairs) are available for rent for a fee. Please select this option when making a reservation.
    Some venues do not rent out fixtures. Please note that some venues do not rent out fixtures.
    *We may not be able to lend out the equipment in the event of a large number of applications. In principle, we do not accept loan applications on the day of the event.
    *Please bring your own tablecloths and fixtures necessary for the exhibition.

In case of rain or stormy weather

Outdoor venues will be cancelled in case of rain or stormy weather. Some venues may be cancelled in case of light rain.
Please check the Announcements section of this website for the availability of the event. (after 7:00 a.m. on the day of the event)
*In the event of predictable weather (typhoon, snow, etc.), the event may be cancelled in advance. In such cases, an announcement will be made on the website by the day before the event.
*If the event is decided to be held at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the event, it will not be cancelled, postponed or refunded in principle.

Late arrivals and absences on the day of the event

Please call us as soon as possible after you know you will be late or absent.
Contact phone numbers vary for each venue. Please check the number in your winning e-mail.
*Please note that if you do not contact us, your reservation will become invalid 30 minutes after the event.
*If you cancel without notice on the day of the event, we reserve the right to refuse future stalls.

Prohibited acts in the venue

The following actions are prohibited

  • Drinking and smoking
    *Smoking is allowed in some venues. In such cases, please be sure to use the smoking area.
  • Damaging buildings, sacred trees, flowers, plants, and facilities at the venue
    In the event of any damage to the facilities, you must immediately pay for all costs associated with restoring the facilities to their original condition.
  • Overhang from booth coverage
  • fire
  • Store openings involving animals
  • Banquets, entertainment, food and beverages
  • Making noise, creating scents, and other activities that disturb the surrounding environment.

<Other points to note

  • Please keep your own luggage in your booth. For security reasons, staff (at the venue reception desk) will not keep your luggage.
  • No luggage may be carried in or out of unauthorized areas (e.g., on the street near the venue).
  • Please take any trash from your stall home with you.
  • We ask that you strictly adhere to the clean-up time. If you need more time for clean-up, please start the clean-up work as soon as possible.
  • We will not accept any other stalls that are contrary to our company’s purpose.

From the announcement of the winners to the day of the event

  • Please confirm your selection on the date of the announcement of the winners as stated in the application guidelines.
  • Please provide tablecloths, desks, chairs, and any other fixtures you may need to prepare your own.
  • Booth announcements will be made on Monday of the week of the event. Please confirm your booth location.
  • Please confirm whether or not the event will be held on the morning of the day of the event.
  • Please use the designated delivery route.
  • Please check in at the registration desk and confirm your booth location.
    *A stall permit, stall holder’s sticker, and questionnaire will be handed out at the reception desk. Please let us know if you need a receipt.
  • Please complete preparations at least 10 minutes before the event time.
  • Once started, please enjoy communicating with visitors and serving them.
  • Upon completion, please fill out and submit the questionnaire. Please begin the clean-up process.
  • Please follow the designated route for removal. Please be careful not to forget anything.
    *There will be a complete cleanup one hour after the end of the event. If you need more time to clean up, please start work as soon as possible. If you exceed this time, you will be charged an extra fee.

For food stalls

If you wish to open a food stall, please confirm the following information.

  • Food stalls are only allowed to open food products that have been produced at a location that has received a business license from the public health center in advance. Please present your business license at the time of registration for each event. Any misuse of the business permit will result in the banning of all future stalls.
  • All food products must be clearly labeled with the following six items: product name, expiration date, phone number, address, manufacturer’s name, and name of ingredients. Foods that are not clearly labeled cannot be sold.
  • We ask that all food items be pre-packaged. Packaging at the venue is strictly prohibited for food safety reasons.
  • For hygienic and fire prevention reasons, cooking and selling food at the venue is not allowed.
  • Please provide trash bags for guests to dispose of their trash.
  • We reserve the right to refuse stalls with strong odors, pet food, or other items that we deem do not fit the atmosphere of the event.

Fixtures and Furnishings Rental

A limited number of tents, parasols, tables and chairs are available for rent at each venue for a fee.
If you wish to use this service, please select it on the application form at the time of reservation.
Some venues do not rent out fixtures. Please note that some venues do not rent out fixtures.
As a general rule, each booth is limited to one table and one chair. In the event that there are too many applications, we may not be able to rent out the space. No waiting list for fixtures is available.
Furniture and fixtures for rent will be placed in the booth on the day of the event. Please return them to the reception desk when you leave.
In principle, we do not accept loan applications on the day of the event.
