How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made through our website (https://www.bon.haleinc.co.jp/) by following the steps below.
Due to system reasons, we are unable to accept reservations by phone or DM. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Reservation Procedure
(1) Access the website (https://www.bon.haleinc.co.jp/) and select the desired date.
(2) After confirming the information, select "Apply for Ticket" and then select the desired booth and rental fixtures.
(3) Fill in all the necessary information in the preliminary questionnaire from the organizer, check the confirmation screen, and complete your application.
(4) When your reservation is complete, the "Thank you for your application" screen will appear and a completion e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address indicated.

(5) When you make a reservation, you will be required to register an account on the Peatix reservation site. If you have not registered, please do so before proceeding to the reservation page.
You will also receive an application completion e-mail after registration, but you do not need to download the Peatix application listed in the application completion e-mail.

I have completed my stall reservation. Are there any other necessary procedures?

Once you have booked your stall, there are no other procedures required. Please wait until the date of the announcement of the winners.

Winners will be announced on our website on the day of the announcement. Winners will be sent an email.
Please confirm the location of your stall on the booth announcement date.

When will the stall fee be settled?

Stall fees are settled at the time of application.

If I am not selected, when will my stall fee be refunded?

Cancellation of unsuccessful applicants will be processed on the day the winners are announced.
Please note that the timing of refunds will vary depending on your credit card's closing date, which is the date when the cancellation process is executed.

If the date of cancellation is before the card's closing date
The refund will be processed for the current month's usage during the month, so no charge will be made.

If the date of cancellation is after the card's closing date
You will be charged for the current month's usage and the refund will be made in the following month in the form of a negative charge.

What are the reception hours?

Reception hours on the day of the event are basically from 9:30 am.
Please check the detailed information of each venue as it varies from venue to venue.

What happens if it rains on the day of the event?

If it is raining on the morning of the event, a decision will be made by 7:00 a.m. whether or not the event can be held, and this will be announced in the Announcements section of the Web site.
If it rains during the event, the event will go on as is, except in the case of inclement weather.
Please note that if the event goes ahead, the stall fee will not be refunded.

What if I can't make it to the reception on time due to an accident?

Please contact the cell phone of the venue receptionist as soon as you know you will not be able to make it in time for the reception.
The cell phone number of the receptionist at each venue will be provided in the winning e-mail.

What is the flow of the day?

Event times vary depending on the venue, but the basic flow is as follows
8:00 - Vehicles are brought in
9:30~Reception and stall preparation
11:00Event begins
17:00Event ends
17:00-Clean up and move out
18:00Complete cleanup

How do I pay the stall fee?

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club), debit cards, and prepaid cards are accepted.
*PayPal/bank account transfer/convenience store/ATM payment methods are not set up.

How can I cancel?

In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact us using the contact form.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No cancellation fee will be charged until the day before the announcement of the winners.
Please note that cancellation fees (full stall fees) will be charged for cancellations after the announcement of winners.

Can I rent tents, tables, parasols and chairs?

Some venues are available for rental and some are not.
If a venue is available for rental, please check the detailed information of each venue for available rental types and prices. Please note that the number of available items is limited.

Can I open a car stall?

Some venues allow car stalls, while others do not. Please check the detailed information for each venue.

Can I drive in and out of the building?

Some venues allow car loading and unloading, while others do not. Please check the detailed information for each venue.

Can I open a stall with other stall holders?

Basically, shared store openings are not allowed.

Can I get a receipt for the stall fee?

Yes, receipts (in accordance with the invoice system) can be issued. Please ask the staff at the venue reception desk.

Can I change my booth size after applying?

The basic cannot be changed.
If you must change the booth size, please contact us using the inquiry form.

Can I choose the location of my stall?

No, you cannot choose. Please open your stall at the location specified here.

Can I sell baked goods and other food items?

Yes, you can sell. Please see "For Food Stalls" for details.

Can I sell flowers?

Yes, we can sell them.

Can I return an item?

In principle, this is a direct exchange between the seller and the buyer.
If you are purchasing electrical appliances or other items whose performance cannot be confirmed without returning home, or expensive items, please ask for the contact information of the seller at the time of purchase. Please understand that the items are antique, and enjoy your shopping experience.
